The ski area and resort of Scheffau are located next to Soll in the Ski Welt ski area.
To access the area from Kitzbuhel, take a bus direct, or to Brixen im Thale; alternatively ski into the area via Westendorf. Intermediate runs dominate in the Ski Welt and this is true of the area above the small holiday resort of Scheffau. Advanced skiing can be accessed at the Hohe Salve and as much après ski as your immune system can take can be found at Soll. The free ski buses stop running at 5pm so alternative transport is required for those needing to return to Kitzbuhel. Scheffau is included on the Kitzbuheler Alpen ski pass.
